questions

  • What is your processing time?
    We are currently working on a 5-7 day processing time for all orders. This is the time it will take from receiving your order to dispatch. If you require an item in a shorter timeframe, please contact us before placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
  • What are the shipping options?
    We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Please contact us if you wish to purchase from elsewhere, we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please see further shipping information here.
  • What is your return policy?
    Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted as all of our items are personalised and custom-made to order. ​ If your item is damaged upon delivery you must notify us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receipt of items.
  • What are the payment options?
    You can fulfil and pay for your order directly and securely on our website or you can checkout using PayPal. We have teamed up with Klarna to allow you to split your purchase into 3 easy to manage payments. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash on delivery. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we require payment upfront as the item cannot be sold on to another customer.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    We have a cancellation window of 6 hours in case of an accidental order. We do not accept cancellations after this time as we are likely to have started your personalised order in this time.
  • Can my order be amended?
    If you need to amend your order for any reason then contact us right away. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we will be able to accommodate any amendments. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any details once the order has been confirmed so please double check spellings and details before you check out.
  • Photographing and using items for marketing purposes
    We reserve the right to photograph, document and use any images of items you have ordered from us for sharing and marketing purposes both digitally and in print. By buying an item from us, you become the owner of the final piece of work, however, we own the design, copyright, concept and any images we photograph of the item. Please contact us if you would prefer we did not use an image of your item.
  • How we use your details
    The details you provide us when completing a purchase will be used only to create your order and then to send it to you. If you have provided a mobile number and/or email address in the checkout process and have opted for your item to be posted, we will enter your details into the shipping provider's system so they can keep you up to date with tracking for your delivery. If you wish for us to not do that then please add a comment in the notes section when checking out. If you have opted for local drop off then we will contact you by phone or email to arrange your delivery.
